Speed & Agility FS2 Performance's pro athletic trainers will help you Increase your speed, agility, coordination, and footwork with diverse great speed and agility exercises! The Speed & Agility Program works in close and careful conjunction with our strength and conditioning program to improve your overall athletic fitness levels. All athletic stages are welcome as each training session is easily modified to suit a beginner or professional athlete. Explode through your workout with high intensity, performance enhancing fast twitch drills! Build and enhance speed, quickness, coordination and body control. Linear speed is needed or necessary but Improving the ability to rapidly change direction without losing speed or balance is much more important.

Combine Training Faster-Smarter-Stronger(Fs2) Performance coaches focus on developing explosiveness, speed, strength and football I.Q. Our objective is to fully prepare each of our athletes for the NFL Combine and Pro Day. Each athlete is given personalized attention that produces results. When training for the NFL Combine or Pro Day it is the little things that make a major difference and we should know because all of our trainers have been through this process.

Our first class program offers everything you need to prepare mentally and physically for the Combine or Pro Day. Fs2 Performance Combine Program was founded in 2009 by former Clemson stand-out and Cleveland Browns 1999 2nd round draft pick Rahim Abdullah. After several years Fs2 Performance staff has trained and prepared many professional athletes to play in the NFL and other Professional Leagues. This programs runs for 8 weeks and includes performance testing, skills training, nutritional consultation, Athletic Metamorphosis,meals and

Kids Training Classes Our youth program places high priority on athletic coordination, balance and running technique. This curriculum focuses on having fun while improving speed mechanics and primary movements. Teaching these fundamental patterns and developing motor coordination is essential for kids to be successful in sports. This is vital in establishing a young athlete's athletic foundation and are the beginning stages of Long-Term Development. Athletes train 2 times/week when convenient.

Price is $25/ session or $150/mo (2 mo. minimum)

Skills Training Fs2 Performance Skills training focuses on technique and drills necessary to become proficient at you sport and postion. Primary movement and body mechanics are key elements to improving your athletic performance. Skills training has specific goals of improving one's athletic capability, capacity, productivity and performance.

Strength Training FS2 strength training focuses on making our athletes more explosive and improves overall body strength. FS2 has phases of different strength training programs. For example, our 9 -11 year olds will do bodyweight strengthening. 12-14 year olds will get introduced to weight training and the correct form of all types of lifts . High school athletes will be put on a full 3-4 day of week strength program.
